Discussion of Perspectives in Managing Agents:
This course provides perspectives in managing Licensees in a brokerage Firm. Discussion includes the business aspects of different business models and simple tools to evaluate the cost of managing agents related to covering expense and profitability. It includes a discussion of the Bass-Avolio Full Range Leadership and Management model, SWOT, learning styles, suggested topics for training Licensees, considerations in managing new commercial agents, and provides a framework to gain a new perspective of the Firm.
This course meets the following requirements:
It can be taken by any Licensee (Salesperson, Broker, CAM, Associate Broker) for regular CE credit. Upon completion it provides a total of 3 hours credit.
