Discussion of Income Properties Part 1:
This course provides the student the ability and understanding to be able to calculate a basic capitalization rate, compare the differences in marketing an income property over other types of commercial listings. Practical examples enable the student to use the cap rate to estimate values, and understand and the importance of basic cash flow.
