Discussion of Land Research:
This course discusses and explains why it is important to do sufficient research on land. Topics covered include a list and description of the characteristics of the spot survey and the topographical survey. Examples are provided demonstrating the pitfalls of comparing different parcels of land if research is not done thoroughly and properly.
